Very disappointed in this spot. Had some good massages and then my provider left. Had a couple of lackluster massages after that. This place is local so I had hoped to be a regular. However got the old Chinese runaround Sat. Called to see who was working. Made appt with one provider who they said was available. I made appt while sitting in the parking lot. Two minutes later she is not available and they tried to shepherd me to a provider that I had before but did not enjoy. Turned around and walked out. I probably won't be back until there is a change of staff. I know good customer service isn't required because demand is high but it would be a good business practice and possible mean higher revenue in repeat customers.
