nonono08.11 2012 : The building is rather run down; the main-floor lobby is always dark and has no security. I would only recommend going during the day. Also, I'd take the stairs. However, you can easily get lost trying to figure out which floor is the second while searching for their front door. (I recall it being directly across from the elevator doors - if that helps.)
Unless they've change their signage, check every gated entry well before thinking "this can't be the place"... it likely is. Last time I was there, it felt like a converted office. I recall using a small shower, but didn't feel dirty afterwards.
No happy stories to tell - it wasn't a good experiences, after several other poor experiences. But they've likely changed staff by now (we're talking 9 months ago). Also, if they have a table shower now, then management has likely upgraded other aesthetics along with the service.
Anyone with more recent info is welcome to state otherwise. Happy mongering!
