I don't know what had transpired before, but went by here today and Miyuki was closed again. Don't know if it's due to the building remodel that's going on or something else. Will report back next time I'm over there.

According to Mona they’re closed pending a license. According to the voicemail they’re closed for remodeling.

Mona is new there and highly recommended. I no longer post reviews but you can look at my past reviews to get a sense for my taste.

I did notice that both are now open again.. they do not turn on the MASSAGE signs anymore, just the OPEN signs. so it has something to do with them not being allowed to do "massage" .

heard from melody that they’ll reopen in 2 months. maybe somewhere else.

Went by last night around 430pm and place was closed..same with the place upstairs...also both closed still at 1030am.. they are both usually opened at these times... so mayby got shut down.

Heard from a reliable source that Miyuki is closing soon. It has reportedly suffered the same fate as many SJ massage establishments: Location not zoned for personal services like massage. The City has been cracking down over the past year on those massage establishments in violation of the City's zoning ordinance. This place is not the first, and will not be the last to suffer such fate.
