The new place is ok, not as dumpy. She has two rooms off the main lobby, and the rest of the building is some sort of medical supply company, but the two times I've been there she's been the only one there, so you don't have the same annoying concerns with people overhearing. The only problem is that there isn't a nice parking lot with lots of parking. You have to park on Valley.
