I drove by the address shown and it’s an old hotel converted into an office park .I didn’t see any galaxy spa here but most of the doors don’t have signs on them , when you call the number it goes to voicemail and when you Google search the phone number all it really takes you to a Backpage ad looking to hire ladies so I don’t think it’s in business but I did try to look it up when I was in town dec 21jm2005 10.02 2017 :
Went there this weekend current location is a small room in a building off the highway no privacy. They said this is temporary location. Don’t waste tour time or money here until they move. No table shower, jacuzzi, ect at current location

I found it it’s in the back right next to the office entrance for the building the windows are highly reflective and it has black lettering on it so it’s hard to read but the office is there but when I went there didn’t seem like anybody was around
