They are not closed. They were closed today, probably some kind of building repair or maintenance. I just called and spoke with MMS and she said they will be open tomorrow morning!

Called today since I was in he area they said come on in..I knocked on door and she asked if I have been there before ,I said yes ..then she got weird and said come back in 30 minutes..I left and went to ocean spa..

I made another appointment for Mya and I got Mya this time. I had an excellent time with Mya, 5 out of 5 stars this time.

I scheduled appointment yesterday for 10am today with Mya and when I went there I did not get Mya I got someone else, didnt bother with asking the name of who I did get. It was a little after 10am on their clock when I entered my massage room and I waited to about 10:15 before I was brought into the shower room. I paid for the full hour and an advanced massage, but my therapist kept complaining and trying to give me a basic massage. The therapist eventually gave up and told me that my time had ended and walked me out the room at 10:55 on their clock. I did not get Mya, but that may have been mistake. I paid full price and got shorted on time and service with no refund. I called to address the issue and feel like I got the run around. Maybe just an unfortunate experience for me, but I have no choice besides a 1/2 of a star.

Figures!!! I had not been there for awhile and ofcourse the day I decide to go it's closed. Well I guess they need a day off too. I guess I'll trek up there again soon! Glad to hear they are open
