i drove by the location yesterday and can confirm this place has cleaned it's place out. even the next door neighbor (tea shop) is also abandoned and closed. actually, that whole side of the building is now vacated! the other spaces/offices in the building is still up and running. looks like some other company can come any time now and just claim that whole side of the building for themselves.

Clean place with a decent lineups. Avoid Vivi though. She is a total slacker, paid for 1 hour, she ended the session less a half hour.
