As of this weekend, the Blue Tropics Spa is open. They've improved the decor, and they now appear to be aiming to be a legit spa. The receptionist was very pretty and very nicely (primly) dressed, and the mamasan was also polite and nicely dressed. Prices are the same as before ($60/hour, table shower extra), but they only had one masseuse on duty when I stopped in, and she was busy and had scheduled appointments for the rest of the morning, so a complete review will have to wait for another day.
