With massage parlors closing everyday around the nation and updated here on Rubmaps, one has to wonder how these parlors are trying to drive more traffic.  One way of course is to provide the best possible massage experience.  There are plenty of parlors that have tons of reviews and you might suspect that these places are doing quite well.  But what about  all the rest? How are they going to get people into their shops?

It made me wonder if Pokemon Go would be a viable marketing tool for the parlors.  For those that don’t know,  Pokemon Go is an app on your mobile phone that uses the phone’s GP and camera to turn the real world into a massive hunting ground for Pokemon creatures.    

Imagine dropping a Pokestop (a physical location where you can pick up virtual goods for the game) on a parlor.  You would literally be getting tons of random people coming by for those freebies and maybe a few would be interested in a massage.  Parlors should take an imaginative approach to use this to their advantage.  Perhaps put a sign outside that reads  " Tired from all your Pokemon hunting?  Come in for a massage and some Pokeballs "
