I don't know about you, but I have been on a bender lately.  GF of 3 years  and I decided that it was time that we see other people.  It was not too big of a break up, but there was a lot of nasty words being thrown around until cooler heads prevailed.  Then, we both agreed that a break would be good for us to “evaluate ourselves” and “see if we are more compatible together or alone.”

Well, you guys know where this story is gonna lead.  After a few drunken nights with the boys, I found myself wallowing in my own self pity. I was not going to play the victim here that our relationship failed because of our lack of communication or even the arguments that we got into.  I decided to do something about it.  That something was heading over the nearest Fuck Joint and having my way with one of the girls.  And oh did I have a good time.  This girl even let me tell her a little about my ex, then told me that by the time we are done, that you will but all have forgotten about her.  She proceeded to give me one of the best sessions I have had in my life.  In a word, it was awesome. It really took my mind off of the lady friend that I just released back into the wild.

Of course, the story does not end here.  Over the course of the next several weeks, I visited quite a few more parlors. I was basically having the time of my life truth be told.  I had forgotten how it was like to be able to wake up in the morning and not have to deal with anything.  To leave dirty dishes in the sink and not wash them for days.  To eat Mexican food all the time (my ex hates Mexican food).  Most of all, the bickering and nagging, who could deal with all of that?  But alas reality always hits and for me, that reality was going to the ATM to take out a few bucks for some food and have the machine tell me that there were insufficient funds.

I am not a rich man by any means, but I seemed to have gone through the $4,000 cushion that I had in my account….in a little over one month.  Needless to say, I will be staying away from parlors for a little bit while I build back up some savings, but I will have to say that was money well spent.  I mean, over the years I have spent way more, but this was one expensive bender.
