Sorry for the delay in blog posts. This is my number one new year's resolution, besides  trying to lose weight, not BBFS with AMP girls, eat less red meat, etc...Okay...in all seriousness. Wanted to wish everyone a happy new years. Thank you for the e-mails (for those who asked about my health). I am fully out of the hospital now and my back is almost 100%. Pretty soon I will be in full swing.

That being said..2015 was a great year for us. What does 2016 have in store?

On a macro level, the presidential election is very interesting. Who do you think out of all the Republican and Democratic candidates would most likely have RubMaps accounts? Probably not HRC right? You never know...but I highly doubt that too.

On a micro level, we have some BIG changes in the near future for RubMaps. Soon, we will finally get that contest we keep talking about live..I know this one has been delayed for a few months, but if I copied you on all the internal messages with our programmers on what is required to host a contest, make the interactive page, etc...You would probably not believe me. :)

Anyways, enough of this drunk rambling...the crux of this post is to ask you guys...

If you could fix ANYTHING on RubMaps or make ANYTHING on RubMaps different...what would you want us to do for you? On a technical level? Better programming wise? Are the pages loading too slowly? Missing images? Have something that annoys you? This is the Blog Post to comment on it. 

For me, there are definitely things I would like to see changed...Some of them I have been told are extremely difficult to implement (like search), others are more simple. Would you users like to see video pages for each AMP location? Where other users can upload their iPhone/Android video footage so we can all get a REAL feel of what the AMPs look like in your region? 

I was thinking of maybe even doing a comprehensive AMP tour, where we would take a city (like NYC or San Francisco)...do a video of each entry way of the AMP. Then if we happened to have some 'undercover users' that happened to upload footage (and the footage belonged to them)...we could host a hub page. This is just a thought. Would have to figure out how to balance the privacy issues for the mongers and girls involved (unless both parties agreed)...

Do you mongers travel outside of the US and need a good massage parlor guide? We have rubmaps.ca (canada)..but to be truthful it hasn't been updated for a while since almost all of the AMPS in Canada are HE minimally and pretty standardized. We could expand RubMaps to a few other locations if we had enough demand. 

So now the ball is in YOUR hands..when we first started RubMaps it was just a small community of hard core mongers...it has grown and thankfully has provided all of us mongers with even more options in our local communities. Everything goes in phases, I remember back in San Francisco we used to have really nice places like Golden Flower and Lees...they got busted back in 2007. The options in the Bay Area were unlimited back then...hey, even Jerry Rice was spot coming out of a massage parlor in Mountain View (near where Google is now)...The good ole days...

Then things started to change...less options for us, the rise of Craigslist and Backpage. At least when you went to an AMP you know you weren't going to be robbed or jumped...and most of them were hygienic. 

Fast forward to 2016...number of AMPs is rising...not sure there is a clear hypothesis of why. I can guess that there was an influx of money pouring into the US from China...hence, a new massage parlor on each street in the US. The quality of the ladies is definitely rising too. And now we even have more access to Latina ladies..not only Asian women. Don't let this era pass you by. Play it safe guys and enjoy the new year!
