Following our neighbor from the north.  Canada has already passed the C-36 bill, signed but still yet controversial  of the Canada’s  prostitution laws.  Dubbed the “Nordic model”,  allows prostitution per se is not illegal, but paying for sexual services or advertising their sale is.

Lawmakers in the United States is trying to adopt that same type of bill known as FS-120.  Also known as the  “Cici working”, has been under the radar, but is picking up steam for approval.  There have been many drafts for the bill but “Cici working” has a final draft that Governor Jerry Brown is pushing for. 

But both CA Senators, Feinstien and Boxer have been trying to fight this off.  Even as liberal the state of  California is,  one of the biggest reasons is to combat the so called “Human Trafficking”.  Asian women coming into the US will be tagged as migrant workers with a temporary work visa.

Another reason for this is to grow our economy.  This way we can open our doors even more to Asian countries like China, Korea, Vietnam etc, to promote spending, and the over economy in cities with Amps.  When the migrant workers do leave after 3 months, they will be charged a flat tax of approx. $2500 usd when they leave the United States.

Lastly, on the “Cici Working” bill, it generates health, and well being.  Stress related to work, sports and the wife.  The Amps promote a healthy living, stress reduction to the working male, in turn having a higher work performance, making the USA back to the leaders of the world economy.
