Mongo usually tries to keep the blog funny and informative at the same time, but there’s nothing funny about today’s article unless I crack a joke or two or maybe use a dumb pun, then you can laugh. Lately, I’ve been hearing about law enforcement setting up Honey Buckets to try and lure in unsuspecting mongers and catch them in the act of soliciting. Here’s a couple of red flags to avoid getting caught up in their web:

First, of, you walk into an AMP and there are no Asians working there, that’s what we call a red flag. How many Asian women have you seen working as undercover officers for your local law enforcement? Unless you live somewhere like Los Angeles your answer will be “none” and even in LA your answer will probably “like one or two.”

But of course, there are parlors that are staffed by a diverse non-Asian staff. So you walk in and the madam is Officer Lopez but without the Officer part, and she tells you right away “oh yes we do sex things too after the massage.” Bam, another red flag. Mamasan will never openly discuss anything sexual with you, I’ve been in the biz for years and it’s never happened, not even once, they always assume YOU’RE the cop. So if you get there and the madam is straight out acting like a pimp rather than a fine lady, you get yourself the hell out of there.

Now, this isn’t something that I hear happening all the time, or in every major or minor city, but you gotta make sure you’re always on your feet. I can’t offer any legal advice because I’ve never gotten busted and I’m not a lawyer, but make sure you know what you’re doing before you take a blind plunge.
